E-Mail Do's and Don'ts

After reading through the article, I caught myself nodding a few times on certain shortfalls I have done as well. I relate the most to #8 - Composing the note to quickly. I know what I want to say,but sometimes there are a lot of points that are intended to be made throughtout the email that do not come across clear. A brief scan after composing can catch even the simplest errors that could lead to confusion....or simply just coming off the wrong way.
